How to use the ululaü online store.
How to order
- Choose a quantity on the product page and press “Add to cart.”
- Open your cart, check the contents and go to checkout.
- Enter your name, delivery address and email address.
- Choose a payment method, review your order and confirm it.
- After you confirm, we’ll send you an order confirmation email.
- You can order without creating an account.
- If the confirmation email doesn’t arrive, please check your spam folder, then contact us at care@ululau.com.

Payment is taken when you confirm your order. All prices include tax.
Shipping and delivery

Business days are Monday to Friday (closed on weekends, public holidays and the year-end/New Year holiday).
Pre-orders
- ululaü launches in mid-December 2026.
- Pre-order details will be sent by email to everyone on our email list.
- Everyone who buys the 3-Step Set receives a Travel Kit (Lotion and Serum 10mL each, Cream 10g) as a gift. It is not sold separately.
- Pre-orders ship in order from mid-December 2026. The Travel Kit ships at the same time.
- The pre-order period will be shown on the product page.
Returns, exchanges and cancellations
- If your item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us within 8 days of delivery. We’ll exchange or refund it at our cost.
- For returns for personal reasons, contact us within 8 days of delivery. Opened items are accepted. Return shipping is at your cost, and the refund covers the product price only, not shipping.
- We may not be able to accept items that are almost or completely empty, repeated returns, or other cases we judge inappropriate.
- Orders can be cancelled only before they ship. Pre-orders can be cancelled until early December 2026 (the exact date will be shown on the product page), with a full refund.

Receipts
We can email you a PDF receipt on request. Please tell us your order number and the name to put on it.

Q. What order should I use them in?
After cleansing, use 01 Lotion, 02 Serum, then 03 Cream: Condition, Replenish, Protect.
Q. Do I need all three?
No. You can start with just one bottle that fits your current routine.
Q. Can anyone use it, whatever their age or gender?
Yes. It’s everyday skincare for any age or gender.
Q. What kind of brand is ululaü?
ululaü is a skincare brand based in Japan. Our formulas are made in Korea, then bottled and shipped from Japan. Country of origin on the label: Korea.
Q. What if it doesn’t suit my skin?
If it doesn’t suit your skin, stop using it. If you notice redness, swelling, itching or irritation, stop using it and consult a doctor.
Q. When will my pre-order arrive?
Pre-orders ship in order from mid-December 2026.
