Protect
Protects skin and helps prevent dryness. The finishing step.

How much: 1–2 pumps (pump an amount into your palm and smooth it over your whole face)

Everyone’s skin is different. Full ingredients are listed on each product page, so please check them before use. All three products contain fragrance.
If you notice redness, swelling, itching or irritation, stop using the product and consult a doctor.
If you contact us within 8 days of delivery, we accept returns even after opening (return shipping is at your cost, and the refund covers the product price only).

- Delivery
- We plan to launch in mid-December 2026. Pre-orders ship in order from mid-December. If the timing changes, we will let you know by email.
- After shipping
- Delivered by Yamato Transport. We will email you a tracking number once your order ships.
- Payment
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB) or PayPal. Payment is taken when your order (pre-order) is confirmed.
- Shipping
- Flat ¥800 (tax incl.); Okinawa ¥1,300 (tax incl.). Free on orders of ¥15,000 or more (tax incl.), including Okinawa. Overseas: please contact us before ordering for a shipping estimate.
- Cancellation
- Pre-orders can be cancelled until early December 2026 (the date will be shown on the product page). You will get a full refund.
- Returns & exchanges
- Please contact us within 8 days of delivery. We will exchange or refund defective, damaged or incorrect items at our cost. For change-of-mind returns, opened items are accepted (return shipping is at your cost).
What is the Travel Kit?
The 3-Step Set includes a Travel Kit.
Lotion and Serum 10mL each, Cream 10g (not for sale). Keep your usual 3 steps going on trips and business travel. It ships once it is released. Single items are not eligible.
